Mr. Bill Tucker, State Lepartment of Highways And Fublic ~ Transportation, addressed the Court on the Indian Greek oZO~.°j~•~ Hridge, requesting reconfirmation that the court is still ~ willing to fund its portion oI the project cost. 7'he Highway ~ Department is considering twu alternatives. Une alternative involves a bridge that crosses the river at an angle for a ~ cust of approximately 5131,OVlb.UO plus the expense of the Right of Way. The other alternative calls for a new bridge parallel to the old bridge Ior a cost o2 approximately Syy,10d.~D~O plus the expense o1 the kight o£ Way. Mr. Tucker ask the Court to notify the Department in writing ii they are Mill interested in participating and which alternative they wish them to pursue. ,2 Mr. David Sheets, representing Mr. Shelton, and Charles Domingues, as engineer on the project, addressed the Court on ins bounty furnishing culverts for the lover Road FroJect.
