Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 and it is
ordered that Order No. 136:30, entered on March 12, iY'!y and
i~rder No. 14311, entered on March 9, 1981, be amended, so as
to provide that the SheriŁ2 be authorized to contract the
services of private individuals to pick up unclaimed
livestock and transport it to a proper place of impoundment
incident to estray proceedings at a cost not to exceed 535.00
per animal.
