the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were
had:
ORDER NO. 20164
BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE
COUNTY JUDGE'S OFFICE AND AUTHORIZATION FOR
A HAND CHECK
On this the 28th day of March 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of ~-0-0 to transfer
91.00 from Line Item No. 10-400-499, Miscellaneous, to Line
Item No. 10-400-206, Bonds ~ Insurance, in the County Judge's
Office and to issue a hand check.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
~` authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-400-206 for
880.00 made payable to State Farm.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO CREATE NEW LINE ITEM AHD
TRANSFER FUNDS IN JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, PREC. #4 OFFICE
On this the 28th day of March 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to create Line
Item No. 10-458-461, Lease Copier, and to transfer the
following Funds in Justice of the Peace, Prec. #4, DEfice:
5207.64 Erom Line Item No. 10-458-312, Dockets ~ Forms, to
Line Item No. 10-458-461, Lease Copier; and,
100.00 From Line Item No. 10-458-456, Machine Repair, to
Line Item No. 10-458-461, Lease Copier.
