APPROVAL OF A VARIANCE TO MR. ED LANGE FROM THE
KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION RULES 8 REGULATIONS
AND NOTIFICATION REBUIREMENTS ON 1.113 ACRES
On this the 28th day o£ March 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to grant a
variance to Mr. Ed Lange Erom Kerr County Subdivision Rules 8
Regulations and notification requirements on 1.113 Acres, due
to enlargement of the lot.

ON THE AUDITOR'S RECOMMENDATION, MOTION TO
ACCEPT CIGNA INSURANCE PROPOSAL FROM
LA VERNIA INSURANCE AGENCY IN CONJUCTION WITH
FORMAN'S INSURANCE OF KERRVILLE
On this the 28th day o£ March 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the

Court unaniaou•ly approved by • vote of 4-0-0 to accept the
Cigna insurance proposal from La Vernia Insurance Agency in
conjunction with Furman's Insurance of Kerrville, based on
the County Auditor's recommendation, for Auto, Property and
Boiler Insurance. Said proposal ie for a three (3) year
commitment on all the insurance except Auto, which ie for one
(1) year.

ADDITION OF 575-A1, MICROFILM EQUIPMENT AND
SUPPLIES, AND 725-A5, FACSIMILE TRANCEIVERS,
TO STATE PURCHASING CONTRACT
On this the 28th day of March 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unaniwously approved by • vote of 4-0-0 to add 575-A1,
Microfilm Equipment and Supplies, and 725-A5, Facsimile
Tranceivers, to our State Purchasing Contract.

ORDER RELEASING SECURITIES PLEDGED BY SECURITY
STATE BANK AND TRUST TO SECURE KERR COUNTY FUNDS
On this the 28th day of March 1991, came on to be considered
by the Court the matter of request from Security State Bank
and Trust to secure funds on deposit by Kerr County; and it
appearing to the Court that said securities should be
released ae requested; it ie therefore ordered on motion by
