April 8, 1991 at 9:00 A. M. with the following officers

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings
were had:

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 8th day of April 1991 came on to be considered by
the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County
and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims and
accounts were approved for payment out of General for
C_. 344,128.70, Jury for S740.00, Fire Protection for 34,166.67,
Road 8 Bridge for 59,152.82, County Lar Library for 5605.90,
Public Library for S16,958.33, Juvenile State Aid Fund for
5315.88, Traffic Safety Fund for 524.55, Schreiner Road Trust
for 51,438.00, 216th District Probation Fund for 5247.00,
State Funded-216th District Probation for 5997.10 and State
Funded-Community Corrections for 95,860.14.
On motion made by Commissioner Lackey, seconded by
Commiseioner Holekamp, the Court unanimously approved by e
vote of 4-0-0 to pay said claims and accounts.
