Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unaniaously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 the Minutes of
Commisslonera' Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular
Seeslon on March 11, 1991, Workshop Session on Tuesday, March
12, 1991, Special Seselon and Workshop Seseian on Thursday,
March 21, 1991, and the Special Session on Thursday, March
28, 1991 and Friday, March 29, 1991, as corrected and as
recorded in Volume S, Pages 153 thru 190. Orders Ho. 20177
and 20178 were corrected to read by a vote of 3-2-0 on No.
20177 and by a vote of 2-2-0 on No. 20178.

CONFIRMATION AND RATIFICATION OF RESIGNATION OF
DREW HUFSTEDLER AS DEPUTY IN THE KERR COUNTY
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 8th day of April 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unaniwoualy approved by a vote of 4-0-0 that the
resignation of Drew Hufstedler, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr
County, Texas be ratified and confirmed, effective as of
March 31, 1991.
Mr. Hufstedler has the following compensation due him:
~ 50 hours comp, time at straight pay
15 hours holiday hours
99 hours vacation time.
