On this the 8th day of April 1991. upon motion made by
Commissioner Halekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a votes of 4-0-0 to ratify Order
No. 20170 releasing securities pledged by Security State Bank
and Trust to secure Kerr County Funds.

KERR COUNTY ROAD ENGINEER, AND LEONARD RAY
ODOri, Jr AS THE KERR COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATOR
On this the 8th day of April 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by s vote of 4-0-0 tc hire
Franklin E. Johnston, Registered Engineer, ae the Kerr County
Road Engineer on a full time, limited as needed basis,
effective April 1, 1991 at an annual salary of 510,000.00;
and, to hlre Leonard Ray Odom, Jr, ae the Kerr County Roed
Administrator on a full time basis, effective April 8, 1991,
at an annual salary of 532,000.00.
