On this the 8th day of April 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unaniaously approved by s vote of 4-0-0 a proclamation
declaring Apr11 22, 1991 as "EARTH DAY", to plant a tree on
that day, and to designate Judge Stacy ae the Kerr County
representative at the Education Symposium to be held at the
Hill Country Arte Foundation, Ingram, Texas, on Saturday,
April 27, 1991, 10:00 A. M. to 6:00 P. M.

TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF AVIATION WITH THE CONCURRENCE OF
THE KERRVILLE CITY COUNCIL

Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unaniaoualy approved by • vot• of 4-0-0 to authorize
the payment of the remaining balance in the amount of
514,600.00 to the Texas Department of Aviation for the
