ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OFFER OF 91,060,000.00 FROM
THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION, WITH THE
CONCURRENCE OF THE KERRVILLE CITY COUNCIL
On this the 8th day of April 1991, upon motion made by
Commlaeioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to accept, with
the concurrence oŁ the Kerrville City Council, the grant
offer of 91,060,000.00 from the Federal Aviation
Administration for the extension of runway 12/30 and parallel
taxiway, MIRL and relocation of VASI, and authorize the Mayor
of Kerrville to sign the grant agreement.

MOTION TO APPOINT ROBERT M. TERRILL AS CONSTABLE,
JUSTICE PRECINCT ~4, SUBJECT TO HIS BECOMING A
CERTIFIED PEACE OFFICER WITHIN THE LEGAL TIME
LIMIT AT HIS OWN EXPENSE
On this the 8th day of April 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to appoint
Robert M. Terrill as Constable, Justice Precinct ~4, subject
to his becoming a certified peace officer within the legal
time limit and at hie own expense. Said appointment ie to
become effective April 1, 1991.
