M. on April 18, 1991, on whet has transpired in the last two <2) to three (3) ~~_, months, rae approved by s ms~ority vote of 3-0-1. This item is to be placed on the agenda for April 25, 1991 Łor a poaslble decision. David Litke, head of Kerr County Environmental Health, presented his monthly report for March. There was no action thru Court. Commleaioner Holekamp advised the Court that negotiations for right-of-ray acquistion on the Lane Valley Bridge project were beginning. ORDER NO. 20195 NOTION TO LIFT THE BAN ON BURNING IN KERR COUNTY On this the 8th day of April 1991, upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the PAGE 198 Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to lift the ban on burning in Kerr County. Residents are to use extreme caution and are strongly urged to continue to call their local Eire department and the Sheriff's Office on controlled burns. COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED et 10:48 A. ORDER NO. 20196 MOTION TO RESCIND ORDER N0. 20194 PA55ED THIS DAY, APRIL 8, 1991 On this the 8th day of April 1991, upon motion made by \_ Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with Commissioner's Holekamp, Morgan and Oehler voting "AYE", and Commissioner Lackey "ABSTAINING", said motion to rescind Order No. 20194 passed this day, April 8, 1991, requiring both parties involved 1n Saw Mill Road to submit statements of facts was approved by a majority vote of 3-0-1.
