COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday,
April 25, 1991 at 1:30 P. M. with all officers, present and
the Court having duly opened the following proceedings were
had:

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 25th day of April 1991 came on to be considered
by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr
County and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims
and accounts rere approved for payment out of General for
S57,710.40, Jury for 5742.66, Fire Protection for 513,596.86,
Road b Bridge for 542,495.21, County Law Library for 5229.75,
- Juvenile State Aid Fund for S234.66, Traffic Safety Fund for
5988.58. Indigent Health Care for S1, 049. 95, 216th District
Probation Fund for 5247.00, State Funded-216th District
Probation for 51,113.03. and State Funded-Community
Corrections for 5127.82.
On motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Lackey, the Court unanimously approved by • vote
of 4-0-0 to pay said claims and accounts.
