APPROVAL TO PAY A LATE BILL TO GEORGE LOVETT
FOR 20X OF THE TOTAL COST FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND DESIGN OF COURTHOUSE EXPANSION
On this the 25th day of April 1991, Commissioner Lackey made
a motion to approve paying a late bill for 81,380.00 to
George Lovett for 20 Y. of the 7 1/2Y. design fee on the
estimated construction cost of 892,000.00 for the Courthouse
expansion, aub~ect to the payment following the guidelines in
the contract. Commissioner Oehler seconded the motion.
