On this the 25th day of April 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanleouely approved by a vot• of 1-0-0 to pay a late
bill to the Texas State Department of Highways for three l3)
seta of the 1982 Standard Specifications for Construction of
Highways, Streets and Bridges.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized tq draw a voucher on Line Item No. 15-600-315 for
830.66 made payable to State Department of Highways.

ORDER RELEASING SECURITIES PLEDGED BY SECURITY
STATE BANK AND TRUST TO SECURE KERR COUNTY FUNDS
On this the 25th day of April 1991, came on to be considered
by the Court the matter of request from Security State Bank
and Trust to secure funds on deposit by Kerr County; and it
appearing to the Court that said securities should be
released ae requested; it ie therefore ordered on motion by
Commiselaner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, and
unanitouely approved by a vot• of 4-0-0 by the Court that the
request from Security State Bank and Trust be granted and
that the following securities listed below be released:
