A discussion of Verde Park Estates followed. No one was sure
• if the two (2) roads involved were private roads or public
roads nor if the landowners owned the right of way or if it
ras dedicated. The homeowners in Section II and the
developer of Section III will have to work this out and make
a decision then come back to the Court with the plat of
Section III.
County Court at Law Judge Spencer Brown and County Clerk Pat
Dye made a request of the Court for a Court Coordinator. The
Court told Judge Brown and Pat Dye to determine where the
extra money was 1n their present budget and return to the
Court.
The Court listened to a dlscussion of an appeal made by the
Community Action Group, Inc, on a permit issued by the Kerr
County Environmental Health Director to Mrs. Julia Holmes.
Ho action was taken thru Court.

confirm the resignation of Judy H. Suggs as Clerk in the
Justice of the Peace, Precinct Ho. 2 Office, effective April,
3, 1991.
