A discussion of Verde Park Estates followed. No one rae sure
\- if the two t2) roads involved were private roads or public
roads nor if the landorners owned the right of way or if it
ras dedicated. The homeowners 1n Section II and the
developer of Section III rill have to work this out and make
a decision then come back to the Court with the plat of
Section III.
County Court at Law Judge Spencer Brown and County Clerk Pat
Dye made a request of the Court for a Court Coordinator. The
Court told Judge Brown and Pat Dye to determine where the
extra money was in their present budget and return to the
Court.
The Court listened to a discussion of an appeal made by the
Community Action Group, Inc, on a permit issued by the Kerr
County Environmental Health Director to Kra. Julia Holmes.
No action was taken thru Court.
