AUTHORIZATION FOR THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF AVIATION
TO ACT AS AGENT TO EXECUTE THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
WITH E.E. HOOD 8 SONS, INC. FOR AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS
On this the 25th day of April 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unaniwously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to authorize
the Texas Department of Aviation as agents for the airport
owners to execute the construction contract wlth E.E. Hood 8
Sons, Inc. in the amount of 8988,009.66, with the concurrence
of the Kerrville City Council, for the constructlon of the
airport improvements to include the extension of RW 12/30 and
its corresponding taxiray 1,000 Łeet, airport lighting (MIRE)
/._ and relocation of the VASI light e.

APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S QUARTERLY REPORT
ENDING MARCH 31, 1991
On this the 25th day of April 1991, in Special Seaeion of the
Commissioners' Court, came on for examination the Quarterly
Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of Kerr
County, Texas, for the period beginning January 1, 1991 and
ending March 31, 1991, and the same having been examined and
compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the
Treasurer has received for account and credit and paid out of

°`~ period above stated, are found correct as therein shown. It
ie therefore ordered by the Court that said report be, and
the same is hereby approved and the Clerk of the Court is
hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts oŁ said
Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Oehler, and unanimously approved by a vote of
4-0-0 by the Court.

CONSTABLE, JUSTICE PRECINCT ~4
On this the 25th day of April 1991, upon motion made by

Court unanimously approv®d by a vot• of 4-0-0 the bond of
Robert M. Terrill, Constable, Justice Precinct *4.
ORDER HO. 20215
ACCEPTANCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS
On this the 25th day oŁ April 1991 came on to be considered
by the Court the various reports of the County and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having been heard and
considered by the Court, finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference
and subject to audit.
