Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to transfer
S250.00 from Line Item No. 10-426-494, Special Court
Reporter, to Line Item No. 10-426-426, Mileage-State
Hospital, in County Court.

OF THE PEACE, PRECINCT #1'S OFFICE
On this the 13th day of May 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, with
Commissioner's Oehler and Lackey and Judge Stacy voting
"AYE", Commissioner Holekamp voting "NAY", and Commissioner
Morgan "ABSTAINING", said motion to transfer S100.00 from
Line Item No. 10-455-312, Forms & Dockets, to Line Item No.
10-455-402, Court Appointed Attorney, in Justice of the
Peace, Precinct #1's Office, was approved by a majority vote
of 3-1-1.
