Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular
Session on Monday, April 8, 1991, Workshop on Thursday, April
11, 1991, Special Session on Thursday, April 18, 1991,
Special Session on Thursday, April 25, 1991, Special Session
on Tuesday, April 30, 1991, and a Workshop Session on
Thursday, May 9, 1991, as recorded in Volume S, Pages 191
thru 218.

ACCEPTANCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS

On this the 13th day of May 1991, came on to be considered by
the Court the various reports of the County and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court, finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference
and subject to audit.
On motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp, the Court unanimously approved by a
vote of 4-0-0 the monthly reports.

AND CONFIRMATION OF THE RESIGNATION OF TOMMY RICHTER
On this the 13th day of May 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court uaaaiaoualy •pprovad by a vot• o! 4-0-0 to ratify and
confirm the resignation of Tommy Richter, Deputy Sheriff of
Kerr County, effective May 31, 1991, based on the Sheriff's
recommendation.
Mr. Richter has 55 hours vacation time due him in addition to
his regular check payable on May 31, 1991.
