TESTING POLICY FOR KERR COUNTY
On this the 14th day of May 1991, came on to be considered by
the Court the adoption of a drug and alcohol policy for Kerr
County pursuant to State Law and Administrative Rule. On
motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously approved by a vote
of 4-0-0 to adopt the attached Drug & Alcohol Policy for
Kerr County.
