COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday,
May 23, 1991 at 1:30 P. M. with all officers present, and the
Court having duly opened the following proceedings were had:

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 23rd day of May 1991 came on to be considered by
the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County
and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims and
accounts were approved for payment out of General for
528, 827.90, Jury for 5375.00, Road & Bridge for 59, 954. 15,
Juvenile State Aid Fund for 560.42, Juvenile Intensive
Program-State Aid Fund for 5220.12, State Funded-216th
District Probation for 5303.54, and State Funded-Community
Corrections for 5663.75.
On motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Lackey, the Court unanimously approved by a voto
of 4-0-0 to pay said claims and accounts.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN
THE ROAD 8 BRIDGE DEPARTMENT
On this the 23rd day of May 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to transfer
52,081.11 from Line Item No. 15-611-553, Contract Fees, to
Line Item No. 15-611-558, Vegatation Control, in the Road &
Bridge Department.
