589.50 from Line Item No. 10-435-206, Insurance Liability, to
Line Item No. 10-435-570, Capital Outlay, in the 216th
District Court, and 589.50 from Line Item No. 10-436-206,
Insurance Liability, to Line Item No. 10-436-570, Capital
Outlay, in the 198th District Court.
In the future, prior approval of a purchase from Capital
Outlay will be needed from Commissioners' Court if a budget
amendment will be required.

ON THE COURTHOUSE SBUARE ON THE 50UTHWEST CORNER
On this the 23rd day of May 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimouely approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to allow the
Kerr County War Memorial to be placed on the Courthouse
Square on the Southwest corner, and to leave the fountain as
is.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED at 2:09 P. M.
JUDGE STACY OPENED A PUBLIC HEARING on the cancellation of
Rio Alegre Subdivision at 2:09 P. M. There were three (3)
members of the public present, but none represented the owner
of the subdivision.
