and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings
were had:

CLAIMS ANU ACCOUNTS
On this the 10th day of June 1951 came on to be considered by
the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County
and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims and
"" accounts were approved for payment out of General for
554,015.15, Jury for 5507.00, Fire Protection for 54,166.67,
Road 8 Bridge for 544,006.08, County Law Library for 5601.40,
Public Library for 516,98.34, Juvenile State Aid Fund for
5148.59, Traffic Safety Fund for 51,873.38, Juvenile
Intensive Yragram-State Aid Fund for 527. L5, Indigent Health
Care for 5363.33, 216th District Probation for 52,664.20, and
Community Corrections for 54,641.82.
On motion made by Commissioner Lackey, seconded by
Commissioner Morgan, the Court unanimously approved by a vote
of 4,0-0 to pay said claims and accounts.
