residents in Verde Park Estates, Section II, and Chris
Wallendor2, Attorney for Butch Irving owner oŁ Verde Park
Estates, Section III, meet to clarify if Irving Road is
public or private and reach a mutual agreement before the
Court will act on the plat oŁ Verde Park Estates, Section
III.
eZ030 7 Z Mr. George Lovett, Architect, addressed the Court on
approving the final drawings for addition to the Courthouse,
and authorization to advertise for bids. The Court told Mr.
Lovett to wait until late July or early August to advertise.

THE ROAD 8 flRIDGE MAINTENANCE FACILITY
Un this the 10th day of June 1991, came on to be considered
by the Court the building of a Road & Bridge Maintenance
Facility at Spur 100. Un motion made by Commissioner
` Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote oŁ 4-0-0 to appoint a
committee of Road Engineer Franklin Johnston, Road
Administrator Leonard Udom and Commissioner's Morgan and
Oehler as a committee to study the possible design and cost
and report back to the Court at the June 20, 1991 meeting.
