COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on July 1,
1991, at 9:00 A. M. with all Officers present and the
following proceediings were had:
ORDER NO. 20343
AUTHORIZATION FOR HAND CHECK FOR
THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE, BASED ON THE
COUNTY AUDITOR'S RECOMMENDATION AND THE ACCOUNT BE CLOSED
Dn this the 1st day of July 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to authorize a
hand check for delivery of 272 rolls of film to the County
Clerk's Office, based on the County Auditor's recommendation
and that the account be closed.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for 560.00 on Line Item No.
10-403-460 made payable to Data Management Facility.
ORDER NO. 20344
RATIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF THE
RESIGNATION UF' SHELLi MANN AS DPS SECRETARY
On this the 1st day of July 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 that the
resignation of Shelli Mann, DPS Secretary of Kerr County,
Texas be ratified and confirmed, effective as of June 21,
1991.
Ms. Mann has 69.5 hours vacation time and 9 hours of unused
compensatory time due to her.
