On this the icth day of August 1991, in Regular Session of
the Commissioners' Court, came on for• examination the
Quarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of
Kerr County, Texas, for the period beginning April 1, 1991
and ending June 3a, 1991, and the same having been examined
and compared by the Court and found correct.
find it appearing to the Court that during 'the said time the
Treasurer has r°ecieved for^ account and credit and paid out of
each of said funds as reflected in the report and during the
~ period above stated, ar^e found cor•r•ect as Cher^ein shown. It
is ther'efor'e ordered by the Co~ar•t that said report be, and
the same is hereby approved and the Clerk of the Court is
hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts of said
Tr•easiarer• in accordance with this order.

recommendation and unani~ously approved by a vote of 5-0-0~
