On this the 22nd day of August 1991, came on to be considered
by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr
County and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of General for
531,046.66, Jury for 51,559.92, Road and Bridge Additional

Registration Fee for 520,751.24, Fire Protection for

58,576.55, Road and Bridge for 571,888.55, Juvenile State Aid
Fund for 51,520.51, Indigent Health Care for 5979.21, 216th
District Probation Fund for 5425.76, and State Funded
Community Corrections for 5491.57.
On this the 22nd day of August 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unaniaously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay said
claims and account e, and to hold 538,603.20 from Line Item
No. 15-611-533, Partial payment on Seal Coating Job, motion
made by Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey,
the Court uaaniw~ou~ly approved by a vot• o! 4-0-0, to pay
said claim.
