APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF KERRVILLE COUNTRY ESTATES
SECTION 2 AND KERRVILLE COUNTRY ESTATES
On this the 22nd day of August 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unaniwouely approved by • vote of ~-0-0, to approve the
replat of Kerrville Country Estates Section 2 and Kerrville
Country Estates. Homeowners Representatives have cleaned up
their problems aith their own dollars, plane were submitted
6y Mr. Johnson County Engineer, noting the City oŁ Kerrv111e
has approved the replat and recommended approval subject to
the required signatures. Commissioner Morgan made a motion
on the recommendation of the County Engineer.
CONSIDERATION AHD DISCUSSION OF PROPOSAL
BY RESTORATION SPECIALIST, TED SIVADON
ON REPAIRS TO THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE EXTERIOR
On this the 22nd day of August 1991, came on to be considered
and discussed a proposal by Restoration Specialist, Ted
Sivadon on repairs to the County Courthouse Exterior. Mr.
Sivadon prepared specifications and price list of work
needing to be done to the exterior of the courthouse and a
discussion of the chemicals to be used on the job. After Mr.
Sivadon'a Presentation the Court urianiaouely agreed to
discuss this further at a later date. No action taken.
