APPROVAL OF DEVELOPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
FOR THE ADMINISTATION OF AN ACTIVE AND
CONTINUING RECORDS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
On this the 22nd day of August 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unaniaouely approved by a vote of 4-0-0. to establish a
plan for continuing records management and to establlsh a
committee to bring direction to the court. Commissioner
Morgan made a motion to appoint Stan Reid, Tommy Tomlinson,
Linda Uecker and Patricia Dye to the Records Management
Committee.

CONSIDER OPTIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
FOR LANE VALLEY BRIDGE PROJECT
On this the 22nd day of August 1991, upon motion made by
Commissloner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanlaouely approved by a vot• of 4-0-0, to authorize
Franklin Johnston to proceed with the temporary easment for a
detour around the Lane Valley Bridge while a new bridge ie
under construction.
