Disc~_~ssion consisting of Mimi McBr^over of CASA asking why it
was ~_inconstit~.itianal to pr^ovide ser'vices to CRSA.
Commissioner Morgan said the county co~_ild not make donation
to any or^ganization. The services provided by CASA is to get
background information for the Rttorney at Litem to help c,_it
down on Rttorney Fees and cost to the county. Commissioner
Holekamp is willing to consider- some Banding to CR5A for the
work they do.
,:2 Mr. Speakmon addr^essed the court with a project for bids on
carpet to be peat in the District Cour^t Room. Full Co,_tr^t Room
Rid was 3740.00 being the lowest bid, to be put on Rgenda at
a later time.

no line item transfer be ~_ised for^ salary or- capitol outlay.
Other bills that are expendable s,_~ch as telephone bills etc,

Commissioners' Cour^t. Jer^r^y Thomas s,_ibmitted a financial
statement to the court on the Ag Rarn. Need Con~trac:t with
all County Sponsored Rctivity and need q~_iarterly report on
~. expenditures.
