Commissioner Morgan said the county co~_ild not make donation to any or-ganization. The services provided by CASA is to get background information for• the Attorney at Litem to help c,.it down on Attorney Fees and cost to the county. Commissioner Holekamp is willing to consider some f,anding to CASK for- the work they do. ,2 Mr-, Speakmon addressed the co~x't with a pr•o.ject for- bids on carpet to be put in the District Court Room. Full Co,.irt Roam Bid was 3745.00 being the lowest bid, to be put on Rgenda at a later time. ~3 B~.~dget - In oar budget that we add statements in policy, that no line item transfer be ,_tsed for• salary or- capitol o~_rtlay. Other bills that are expendable s~_ich as telephone bills etc, be considered transfers not budget amendments. Have Line Item called Contingency Fund for- the items that have no f,anding.
