Disc~.ission consisting of Mimi McGrover- of CRSA asking why it
was unconstitutional to pr-avide services to CASA.
Commissioner Morgan said the county co~_ild not make donation
to any or-ganization. The services provided by CASA is to get
background information for• the Attorney at Litem to help c,.it
down on Attorney Fees and cost to the county. Commissioner
Holekamp is willing to consider some f,anding to CASK for- the
work they do.
,2 Mr-, Speakmon addressed the co~x't with a pr•o.ject for- bids on
carpet to be put in the District Court Room. Full Co,.irt Roam
Bid was 3745.00 being the lowest bid, to be put on Rgenda at
a later time.

no line item transfer be ,_tsed for• salary or- capitol o~_rtlay.
Other bills that are expendable s~_ich as telephone bills etc,
be considered transfers not budget amendments. Have Line
Item called Contingency Fund for- the items that have no
f,anding. All anticipated funds sho~_ild be discussed with
Commissioners' Co~_ir^t. Jer•r•y Thomas s,.ibmitted a financial

Rugust ~9, 1991 at 10:~b0 A, M. and 7:00 P. M. with the
following officers present: Commissioner- Morgan, Nolekamp,
Oehler, David Payne Troia Allison and Associates opened with a
slide presentation concer^ning Redistricting. 3ustice of the
Peace and Constables will 6e on sames lines as Commissioners'
Precinct lines. There were 13 members of the p,_iblic present
at the 10:00 meeting and 11 member of the p~_~blic present at
the 7:~D0 presentation. Commissioners' Court Adjoured the
