resignation of Lewis E. Cosby, in the Kerr County Sheriff's
Office effective R~agust 31, 1991, with a balance of 1:,5 hours
Holiday time, and c5 Hoiar-s of Vacation time, in addition to
his reg~-filar pay check for R~_~gust 31, 1991.

RND F'DSSIBLE LITIGATION
On this the 9th day of September 1991, came to be considered
the improvements of the Radio Tower• for proper ins-~r•ance.
The need of repairs to the tower and a fence needing to be
built, f~_ir•ther discussion was to be done in Executive Session
for possible litigation.
