IN WOODTRRIL SUBDIVISION
On this the 9th day of September 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Co~.irt by a eajarity vote of 3-1-0, with Co~aissioner Morgan
voting NO to accept the six side roads in the
F'RGE 407
Woodtr^ail S~_rbdivision, consisting of Mesa Tr^ail, Coral Trail,
Ranger Trail, Mustang Trail, Rrroya Trail, and Longhorn Trail
being approximately 1.379 miles, to be maintained by Ker^r^
County. Commissioners' Co~_irt has req~_iested to have an
agreement of acceptance dr^awn ,_ip between Ker^r^ Co~_inty and the
Woodt rails Property Owner's Association, by Franklin
Sohnston, Co~_inty Road Engineer^. Condition of acceptance
being that' the roads will have to be broi_ight up to standards
ar~d there is no agr^eement of paving these r^oads.
