Subject to clearance from the Justice Department a p~_~blic hearing is to be set with the effective date of December 31, 1991. The public Weigher in Office at the present time will serve the rest of his term. The State makes pr^ovisions far p'u61ic Weighers and we do very little weighing any more and this does not warrant a Ball-time person. Rfter further discussion it was agr°eed upon to recind Order No. 205`:,8 for further disc~_tssion at a later date. CONSIDERATION OF PAGERS FOR ALL JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, OFFICERS On this the 9th day of September• 1991, came on to be considered Basic F'ager^s for- the Justice of the Peace, Officer^s for^ Kerr^ County. Jar_k H~_ir-ch, Justice of the Peace Precinct #5 addressed the Court with a request for Pagers sn they co~.ild be more readily available to the law enforcement agencies and other- agencies who need their services.
