SALARY GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE
SEPTEMBER 16, 1991
The member of the Salary Grievance Committee of Kerr County
met on September 16, 1991 at 8:05 A. M. in the County
Courtroom in Kerrville, Texas.
The members present were as follow:

Eugene Arredondo-	Member	Lucille Duff -	Member

Chairman Judge W. G. Stacy opened the meeting and explained
to the committe members that the reason for this meeting was
a grievance had been filed by Justice of the Peace, Precinct
+15 Jack Burch. An Elected Officlal hoe ten days in which the
budget has been filed to address the grievance committee pith
their grievance. At this time Mr. Burch hoe withdrawn his
grievance and wishes not to proceed any further. Judge Stacy
thanked the committee for being present.
Chairman Judge Stacy then adjourned the meeting at 8:15 A. M.

ADOPTION OF PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET FOR KERB COUNTY
TEXAS, FOR FISCAL YEAR, BEGININING OCTOBER 1ST, 1991
AS AMENDED
On this the 16th day of September 1991, came on to be
considered by the Court the matter of adoption of the County
Budget for the fiscal year, begining October 1, 1991. It
appearing to the Court that proper notices were posted, and a
public hearing was held September 16, 1991, at 10:00 O'clock
A. M., and after thorough examination by the Court and the
consideration of the public interest of the community, the
Court is of the opinion that the Proposed Operating Budget
for Kerr County, Texas, for the fiscal year beginning October
1, 1991 should be approved as amended.

Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp, the Court unanimously approved by a
vote o1 4-0-0, to approve the Adoption of the Kerr County
Budget for the fiscal year beginning October L, 1991, on file
and as amended by Commissioners' Court on September 16, 1991.

On this the 16th day of September 1991, at a Special Term of
the Commissioners' Court, with all membeers present, it is

Pursuant to Section 31.03, State Property Code, such option
allows taxpayers who pay one-half of the unit's taxes before
