COMMISSIONERS' COURT CDNVENED IN SPECIAL WORKSHOP SESSION on
the 16th day of September 1991, with the following officers
present:

JUDGE STACY OPENED THE MEETING AT 1:30 P. M. AND RECESSED
UNTIL 2:00 P. M. DUE TO A CONFLICT OF TIMES ON AGENDA'S
and the following proceedings were had:

Workshop with the Kerr Emergency 9-1-1 Netrork for
presentation of proposal for rural addressing to provide the
most efficient system for residential or commercial
identification.
TRC was hired by the Court to make a map for the County but
this map is a basic map. Commissioners' Court were hoping
the the Appraisal District and the County would be able to
`__ utilize the dollars already spent on the mapping. What ever
is to be done we would hope the all entities would coordinate
and cooperate with each other. Director of 911 is asking to
have a map drawn up to help with addresses for residential
and commercial, and any participants wishing to have a map
may do so without any cost. Suggestion was made by 911
Emergency Members to have Commiesionere' Court drew up an
Ordinance or Agreement to help with addressee and road names.
Suggestion Ordinances are to be looked at by the County
Attorney, and the work would be started as soon as the
Ordiancea were passed.
