MONUMENT ON NORTHWEST CORNER OF COURTHOUSE
On this the 3Q~th day of September^ 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Oehler^, the
Cour^t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appr^ove the
placement of the War^ Memor^ial Monument on the northwest
corner^ of the cour^tho~_ise between the sidewalk and the most
nor^therly pine tr^e e, not to encr^oach on the 1F1+ easement to
be i_ised for future par^king. Placement being s~_~6.ject to the
approval of the War Memor^ial Poard, and obtaining fr^om the
American Legion a letter stating responsibility 'For' the
upkeep and maintenance of the monument.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN RN EMERGENCY MEETING on the

attached submitted contract with Pee County for the ho~_ising
