	On this the 30th day of 5eptem6er^ 1991, ~.~pon motion made	by
	Commissioner' Lackey, seconded by Commissioner' Oehler,	the
	Coiir^t unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0} to approve	the
	placement of the War Memorial Man~.iment on the northw	est
	cor^ner• of the co~_ir-tho~_~se between the sidewalk and the m	ost
	nor'ther'ly pine tree, not to encr^oach on the 10' easement	to
	he ~_~sed for- future parking. Placement being subject to	the
	approval of the War Memorial Board, and obtaining from	the
	American Legion a letter' stating responsibility for•	the
	~_ipkeep and maintenance of the mon~_iment.	
	COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN RN EMERGENCY MEETING on	the
~,	30th day of September 1991, with all member present	the

	Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler^,	the
	Co~_tr^t unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve	the
	attached s~.ibmitted contract with Ree Co~_inty for the housing
	of fifteen male or female prisoners. Effective date SUb,JeCt
	to the approval of the Ree County Commissioner^s~
