On this the 15th day of October 1991, ~.ipon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
C:our-t unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve and
adopt a resolution far proposition 4 granting author^ity to
the state to issue bonds to build 1~,SN0 new prison beds and
1:_,0V~0 new beds dedicated for s~_ibstance a6~ase treatment of
non-violent drug offenders.

On this the 15th day of October 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner- Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Oehler-, the
Cour^t approved by a majority vote of 3-0-1, with
Commissianer Halekamp abstaining to approve the cantr^act
between Kerr County and the Attorney Gener^a 1's Office
per-nutting under feder^al laws and regulations to pay fees in
child support cases filed by the Rttorney General's Office
this decision based on the recommendation of the Rssistant
County Rttorney, Stan Reid.
