ORDER N0. 2@613 CONSIDERATION OF F'LRCEMENT OF THE WRR MEMORIRL TO RE F'LRCED ON THE COURTHOUSE= SG~UARE On this the 15th day of October 1991, upon motion made by Commissioner^ Morgan, seconded by Commissioner- Holekamp, the Court approved by a ^ajority vote of 3-1-0, to r-ecind Order^ No.~@272, and have Deser^t Storm Organization, Mike Walker, and the Historical Commission to wor^k oiat the most appr^opr~iate location of the War• Memorial and come back to the Court with a recommendation of the location and placement of the War Memorial with Commissioner Oehler- opposing. Motion was made by Commissioner Oehler that we grant the Constr~.iction of the War Memorial and it be centrally located between the fountain and the western entrance of the Courtho~_~se Sq~_iar^e.
