Commissioner- Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Co~.irt unani~ously approved by a vote of 3-0-0 with
Commissioner Uehler being oat of the Gour•tr•oom at the time to
refer all bids to the County Auditor, the Co~_mty Engineer and
Mr•. Lovett, the Rr-chitect. l'he bids submitted did not
incl~_~dc- sales tax.

Dn this the 15th day of October 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner I-lolekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Co~_~rt approved by a majority vote of 3-0-1 with Commissioner-
Lackey abstaining, for the FCerr County Road and Rridge
Department to place a twelve foot gate to gain entrance to
the property owned by the Cherokee Home for Children. The
gate to be placed on the northside of fence next to the
Shelton Ranch property.
