Commissiar~er- Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner^ Oehler, the
Ce~_ir^t unnaniwously approved by a vote of 3-@-1, with
Commissioner- Lackey abstaining to accept and appr^ove the
realignment of the road easement of Saw Mill Road upon the
recommendation of the Coi.inty Road and Bridge Engineer and to
leave the tr^ee on the easement alone if no obvious tr^affic
hazard is involved. Commissioner Helekamp requested that
cer-tified letter^s be mailed to all pr^operty owners of Saw
Mill F2nad~
Judge Stacy and Commissioner Oehler left at 2:15 F'. M. and
Chairman F'ro Tem Morgan, chaired the meeting.
