RPPRCiVRL OF THE RERLIGNMENT OF SRW MILL. RORG	
On this the i~th day of October 1991, upon motion made	by
Commissioner Halekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler,	the
Cv~_tr•t unnani~ously approved by a vote of 3-0-1,	with
Commissioner- Lackey abstaining to accept and approve	the
r^ealignment of the road easement of Saw Mill Road upon	the
recommendation of the Co~_inty Road and Bridge Engineer an	d to
leave the tree on the easement alone if nv obvious traffic
ha~a'rd is involved. Commissioner Holekamp requested	that
certified letters be mailed to a).1 property owners of	Saw
Irlill Road.	
J~_idge Stacy and Commissioner Defiler left at c:: 15 F'. M.	and
Chairman F'ro Tem Morgan, chaired the meeting.

hills paid and the City Engineer's acceptance letter for• the
Conto~.n^ Drive Sewer project.
