Commissioner^ Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner^ Lackey, the
Co~_ir't unani~ously approved by a vote of 3-@-@, to tr^ansfer^
the owner^ship of the Exter~sinn to the City of Kerr^ville as
stated in the City-Co~_~nty Sewer Contract dated June 20, 1991.
No r^ight-of-ways were r^eq~_~i.r^ed for^ the Extension and there
ar^e no liens and all constr^~_iction bills have been paid for^
all s~.rch work.

CONTDUR DRIVE SEWER PROJECT
On this the 15th day of October 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner^ Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner^ Lackey, the
Cn~_ir^t unani~ously approved by a vote of 3-@-@, to appr^ove the
r^efunding contract with the City of Ker^rville and ~_ipon
signing said contr^act the paper^wor^k cancer^ning this project
will have been completed.
