CONTOUR DRIVE SEWER PROJECT
On this the 15th day of October 1991, ~.ipon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Co~_irt unani~ously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to tr-ansfer
the owr~er•ship of the Extension to the City of Kerrville as
=tested in the City-County Sewer Contract dated June ~'a, 1991.
No right-of-ways were req~_~ired for the Extension and there
ar-e no liens and all construction bills have been paid for
all such work.

CONTOUR DRIVE SEWER PROJECT

Commissioner- Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Co~_irt unani~ously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to approve the
r•ef~anding contract with the City of Kerrville and ~_ipon
signing said contract the paperwork concer^ning this project
will have been completed.
