On this the 28th day of Uctober^ 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Cour-t approved by a ^a,jority vote of 3-1-0, to approve the
official ballot and elect Gil Klein, and Grady Fort to
the Board of Directors with Commissioner^ Oehler voting "NAY".
Kerr County is entitled to 899 votes with Gil Klein receiving
834 votes and Grady Fort the remainder E~5 votes.
