On this the 28th day of October 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court approved by a ^a3ority vote of 3-1-0, to approve the
official ballot and elect Gil Klein, and Grady Fort to
the 8aar'd of Directors with Commissioner^ Oehler voting "NRY".
Ker•r^ County is entitled to 899 votes with Gil Klein receiving
834 votes and Grady Fort the remainder 6v votes.
