VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPRRTMENTS RECEIVING
FUNDS FROM KERR COUNTY
On this the 26th day of Uctober^ 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner' Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Co~_ir-t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
Gener^ic Contr^act for Volunteer' Fire Departments as written
and mail. to designated Fire Departments. If they so desire
to renegotiate such contract, this can be accomplished by
appearing before the Court with proper request and
negotiating terms with the understanding that funding cannot
be made until Contracts are signed.

Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler-, the
Co~_irt unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appoint
Lois 5h,aw to fill a vacancy on the Librar^y Board. Ms. Shaw
is an active member' and will r^eplace Ellen Dalrymple. This
appointment is with the concur^rence of the Ker^rville City
Co~_incil.
