VOLUNTEER FIRE DEFRRTMENTS RECEIVING
FUNDS FROM KERR COUNTY
Un this the '28th day of October 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded try Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appr-ove the
Generic Contract for Volunteer Fire Departments as written
and mail. to designated Fire Departments. If they so desire
to renegotiate such contract, this can be accomplished by
appearing before the Court with pr•oper^ request and
negotiating terms with the under^standing that funding cannot
be made until Contracts are signed.

RPPROVAL OF THE AF'POIN"fMENT OF LOI6 SHRW
T.O THE LIHRRRY HOARD
On this the 28th day of October- 1991, tip on motion made by
Commissioner" Holekamp, seconded by Gommissioner Oehler, the
Court unanirously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appoint
Lois Shaw to fill a vacancy on the Library Hoard. Ms. Shaw
is an active member and will replace Ellen Dalrymple. This
appointment is with the concurrence of the Kerr^ville City
Council.
