accept the resignation of David F'er•kins, effective November
7, 1991 and his last day of service will be November 3, 1991.
He has 16 hr-s holiday time which he will take off November^
4, and November ~, 1991 with November 6, and November 7,
being his normal days off. F'ay Mr'. Perkins through November
7, 1991.
