Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve and
accept the resignation of David F'er•kins, effective November
7, 1991 and his last day of ser-vice will be November 3, 1991.
He has 16 hrs holiday time which he will take off November
4, and November°,, 1991 with November 6, and November 7,
being his normal days off. F'ay Mr. Perkins through November^
7, 1991.
